THE DESTINATION
Built and named in memory of our mum, we’re two brothers running a warm and welcoming neighbourhood bar. Serving classic cocktails with a twist, an eclectic range of keg and bottled beers and simple, great tasting food using the highest quality ingredients.
You’ll find us at Cutting Room Square in the heart of Manchester, 5 minutes’ walk from both Piccadilly and Victoria train stations.
The bar
The cocktail menu will lead the way, featuring a short list of classic punchy numbers created to let the spirit, liqueur or vermouth speak for itself. There’s also a selection of local beers and a range of high quality wines from around the world.
All our drinks are crafted just for you by our skilled bartenders using the best ingredients we can get our hands on.
The Kitchen
We’ve always loved the Mediterranean approach to eating. Small plates to share with friends, and simple food made with quality and locally sourced ingredients. That’s what you’ll get from our open kitchen all day every day.
